You can curate the note before exporting: remove any captured slides you don’t need, and the change flows straight into every export. In-place editing of transcript text and key messages is on our roadmap.
Transcripts can include labels such as Speaker 1 and Speaker 2. Labels are assigned to short stretches of audio, so on longer recordings the same person can appear under more than one label. Check names before you quote someone.
LensNote detects the spoken language automatically from the start of the recording and writes the notes, summary, and report in that language. There is no language setting to choose. Recognition works best for widely spoken languages such as English.

After the trial, the free plan keeps all of your visual notes viewable and lets you process up to 30 minutes of video per month, with videos up to 30 minutes long. Original video files are removed after 14 days on the free plan, while your notes and screenshots are kept.
