How does the free trial work?
Every new account with a verified email gets a 14-day trial that starts when you process your first video: 180 processing minutes, videos up to 90 minutes, 10 GB of storage, 30 advanced-visual minutes, and 3 exports. No credit card required. After the trial your notes stay viewable and shareable; heavier processing requires Pro.
What does Pro include?
$30/month or $288/year (save 20%): 1,200 processing minutes per month, videos up to 4 hours, 100 videos per month, 100 GB storage, unlimited exports, 300 advanced-visual minutes, batches up to 50 files, and 2 concurrent processing jobs. Annual billing still refreshes minutes monthly.
What does Team include?
$49 per seat per month (or $468 per seat per year), minimum 3 seats. Each seat adds 2,000 processing minutes, 200 videos, 300 GB storage, and 300 advanced-visual minutes to a shared pool; videos can run up to 6 hours with 5 concurrent jobs across the workspace.
What happens when I run out of minutes?
The import screen warns you before an upload starts if a video won't fit your remaining minutes. Buy an add-on pack (from $19 for 500 minutes) or wait for your monthly refresh — the reset date is shown on your billing page. Packs are valid for 12 months and are consumed only after your monthly allowance.
What exactly consumes an export?
Generating a PPTX, PDF, Word document, transcript TXT, or summary image counts as one export each. Downloading your original video or audio file is always free and unmetered.
How do refunds work?
Full refund within 7 days of your first purchase if you have processed under 60 minutes. Request it from your billing page — reviews complete within 2 business days.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes — switch between monthly and annual, or between Pro and Team, from your billing page. Cancellations keep your plan active until the period ends, and your notes remain viewable afterwards.
