Library & Folders

Every recording you import becomes a session in your library, with its status on the card.

Find a session

• Search matches session titles and summaries. In the macOS app, search also looks inside transcripts.
• Filters: All, Draft (uploads that have not finished), Processing, Ready, and Failed.

Session status

Card shows	Meaning
Continue upload	The upload was interrupted. Open it and select the original file.
Processing…	Notes are being generated.
Ready / N key frames	Notes are ready to review.
Processing failed	Click Retry. Your recording is kept.
Cancelled	The job was cancelled.

Folders

• Click New Folder in the sidebar, type a name, and press Enter.
• Move sessions with Move to folder… in the card menu, or Select several and choose Move.
• When a newly processed session is not in a folder, LensNote may file it into one of your folders automatically.
• Deleting a folder moves its sessions back to the library root.

Folders cannot be renamed or nested.

Delete sessions

Choose Delete… from the card menu, or Select several and choose Delete. Deleted sessions leave your library and stop counting toward your storage. This cannot be undone.
