Library & Folders
Last updated July 7, 2026
Every imported recording becomes a session in your library, with its processing status visible at a glance.
Folders
Create folders for courses, projects, or clients from the sidebar. Move a session into a folder from its row menu — a session lives in exactly one folder. Deleting a folder never deletes the sessions inside it; they return to the main library.
Session lifecycle
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Uploading | The file is still transferring from your device. |
| Processing | The pipeline is extracting slides and transcribing audio, with live progress. |
| Ready | Notes are complete — open, export, or share. |
| Failed | Something stopped processing. Open the session to see the reason and hit Retry. |
Retrying
Retry re-runs processing for a failed session using the already-uploaded file — you never upload twice. If processing was interrupted midway, it resumes from the last checkpoint instead of starting over, and minutes are only counted for work actually performed.
Deleting
Deleting a session removes its notes, media, and any share links, and frees the storage it used. Deletion is permanent — export anything you want to keep first.
