Exporting Your Notes

Every processed session can be exported from the session view via the Export button.

Formats

• PPT (PPTX) — the extracted slides as an editable PowerPoint deck. Recovers a usable deck from any recorded presentation, even when the speaker never shared the file.
• PDF — slides, transcript, and the structured report in a polished layout. Best for sharing and archiving.
• Word (DOCX) — the same structure as an editable document.
• Transcript (TXT) — the full transcript with speaker labels as a plain-text file.
• Image — for audio sessions, the generated summary image at original resolution.
• Video / Audio — download the original file you uploaded, at source quality.

What counts against your export allowance

Generated documents — PPTX, PDF, Word, transcript, and the summary image — each count as one export. Downloading your original video or audio never counts: your own files are always yours to take back.

If your plan doesn't include exports (or you've used them up), the export dialog says so before anything runs, with a direct path to upgrade. The session and its notes stay viewable in the app either way.

Tips

• Enable Fine Visual Mode before processing if the export will be printed or projected.
• PDF and Word exports include the structured report — generate or retry the report from the session view first if it's missing.
