Exporting Notes

Click Export in a session, choose a format, and LensNote shows the estimated size before the file is created.

Video sessions

Format	What you get
PPT	A PPTX deck with one slide per key frame, as a full-size image. The speaker notes hold each slide's key message, bullet points, and explanation.
PDF	The structured report: a cover with the title and executive summary, then sections with the slides as figures, then follow-ups.
Word	The same report as an editable DOCX file.
Transcript	The full transcript as a plain-text file.
Video	The original file you uploaded or recorded.

PDF and Word need a finished report. If the report is still being written or failed, finish or retry it on the Report tab first. The full transcript and the action-item list are not part of the PDF or Word file; export the transcript separately when you need it.

The macOS app also exports a Markdown file with the summary, takeaways, and slides.

Each PPT, PDF, Word, Transcript, or Image file counts as one export when it is created. Downloading your original video or audio never counts.

On the free plan, original files are removed 14 days after upload; see Storage & Data.
