Video formats
MP4, MOV, M4V, MKV, AVI, WebM, MPEG — up to 5 GB per file.
Audio formats
MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, FLAC, OGG, OPUS, WebM — up to 2 GB per file. Audio-only recordings produce a transcript, a structured summary, and a shareable summary image. Recordings with no audible sound are rejected at import.

Before the upload starts
The import screen reads the file's duration locally and checks it against your remaining minutes, storage, and per-video limit before any bytes are uploaded. If something would block processing, you see the exact reason and a link to fix it — not an error after a 2 GB upload.
If the duration cannot be read from the file's metadata, re-encode it (MP4/H.264 is the safest container) and try again.
