Share Links

Any processed session can be published as a read-only web page.

Creating a link

Open the session and click Share. LensNote generates a link like lensnote.app/share/… that anyone can open — no account, no app install. Viewers see the slides, transcript, summary, and report exactly as you do, but cannot edit or export.

Managing links

All your active links are listed under Shared links in the sidebar, with the session they point to.

• Revoke a link anytime — it stops working immediately for everyone.
• Sharing the same session again after revoking generates a new link; the old one stays dead.
• Deleting a session removes its share link with it.

What viewers can and cannot do

Share links are available on every plan, including Free.
