Share Links

A share link lets anyone open a read-only view of one session. Viewers do not need an account. Share links are available on every plan.

Create a link

Click Share in a ready session, or choose Share… from a session card's menu in the library. The link is created right away; click Copy link.

Only sessions that have finished processing can be shared.

What viewers see

• The recording, with a player
• The slides (video sessions) or the summary image (audio sessions)
• The report, or the summary and key takeaways when there is no report
• The full transcript

Viewers cannot export or download files. Shared pages are hidden from search engines.

Expiry and access

Links do not expire and have no password. Anyone who has the link can open it until you revoke it.

Revoke a link

Open Shared links in the sidebar to see every link you have created. Click Revoke next to a link to turn it off immediately. Sharing the same session again later creates a new link.
