What counts against storage

Your uploaded original media files, the extracted slide images, and generated assets all count toward your storage quota (Free & Trial 10 GB · Pro 100 GB · Team 300 GB per seat, pooled). The sidebar shows live usage; the billing page breaks it down.

Retention on the Free plan

On the Free plan, original video and audio files are removed 14 days after upload. Everything derived from them — slides, transcript, summary, report — is kept forever and stays fully viewable, exportable (on plans with exports), and shareable. Sessions with processing still queued or running are never purged.

Paid plans keep original media for as long as your storage allows.

Freeing space

• Delete sessions you no longer need — storage is freed immediately.
• Download originals first if you want local copies: original media downloads are always free and don't count as exports.
• Need more room without deleting? The +100 GB storage add-on ($10/month) stacks on top of any paid plan.

When storage is full

Uploads are blocked before they start, with the exact file-size-vs-free-space numbers shown on the import screen. Processing of already-uploaded videos is unaffected.
