Notes, Transcripts & Reports

A finished session gives you four connected layers, all aligned to the same timeline.
Slides
The pipeline compares frames structurally — not just pixel-by-pixel — so camera cuts and animations don't create duplicates, while genuine slide changes are never missed. Each slide is captured as an image, OCR'd so its text is searchable, and stamped with its timestamp. Click any slide to jump the player and transcript to that exact moment.
Removed a slide you don't need? Deleting slides from the editor updates every future export.
Transcript
Full speech-to-text with speaker labels and timestamps. Click a paragraph to jump the media player to that moment. The transcript is included in PDF and Word exports and available on its own as a TXT export.
Summary & report
Every session gets a concise summary with key takeaways. Video sessions additionally get a structured report: sections that walk through the material slide by slide, combining what was shown with what was said. If report generation ever fails, retry it from the session view — your slides and transcript are unaffected.
Audio sessions
Audio-only recordings produce the transcript, the summary, and a summary image — a single shareable visual digest of the recording.
Media player
The original recording stays attached to the session and plays inline, so you can always verify a note against the source. On the Free plan, original media files are kept for 14 days (details); your notes, slides, and transcript are kept forever.
