Features
Fine Visual Mode
Last updated July 7, 2026
Fine Visual Mode re-captures every detected slide directly from the source video at its original resolution, with higher JPEG quality. Use it when slides carry dense diagrams, small code, or fine print that must stay readable in exports.
How to enable it
- Web: toggle Fine visual mode on the import screen before uploading. Your choice is remembered for the next import.
- macOS: turn on Fine Visual Mode in Settings → Processing. It applies to new imports and screen recordings.
What it costs
Fine Visual Mode uses advanced-visual minutes, metered by video length:
| Plan | Advanced-visual minutes |
|---|---|
| Free | Not included |
| Trial | 30 minutes total |
| Pro | 300 minutes per month |
| Team | 300 minutes per seat, pooled |
You can buy 300 extra minutes as an add-on pack. If your remaining advanced-visual minutes cannot cover a video, the import screen tells you before the upload starts — uncheck the toggle to process in standard mode instead, or buy a pack.
Standard vs. fine
| Standard | Fine Visual Mode | |
|---|---|---|
| Slide resolution | Up to 2560px wide | Original, up to 3840px |
| JPEG quality | High | Highest |
| Best for | Talks, meetings | Dense slides, 4K screen recordings |
