How minutes are used
Your plan's monthly minutes are used first. After that, LensNote uses add-on minutes, starting with the pack that expires soonest. The billing page shows your remaining balances.
Long-video pass
A pass lets one recording exceed your plan's length limit, up to 8 hours. When you import a recording that is too long for your plan, LensNote tells you that a pass will be used before you start. Each such recording uses one pass. Recordings over 8 hours cannot be processed.
Storage add-on
The +100 GB add-on is a monthly subscription. It stays active until you cancel it.
If you change plans
Packs you have bought stay usable until they expire, even if you leave Pro. New packs can only be bought on Pro.
