Free Trial

The free trial gives you 14 days of LensNote with no credit card.

When it starts

The trial starts the first time you process a recording, not when you sign up. You need a confirmed email address. To prevent abuse, trials are limited per device and network; if a trial cannot start, your account uses the free plan.

What it includes

• 180 processing minutes in total
• Recordings up to 90 minutes long
• Up to 10 recordings
• 3 exports
• 10 GB of storage

The sidebar shows how many trial days are left.

When it ends

About three days before the end, we email you a reminder, unless you turned off billing reminders. When the trial ends, your account moves to the free plan automatically:

• Your notes, slides, and transcripts stay viewable.
• You can process up to 30 minutes per month, with recordings up to 30 minutes long.
• Exports are not included.
• Original video and audio files older than 14 days are removed. Notes and slide images are kept.
