Reviewing Your Notes
Last updated October 14, 2026
Open any ready session from your library. The toolbar shows the length and the number of key frames, plus Share and Export.
Video sessions
Slides
The Slides tab shows a filmstrip of every captured slide and the selected one at full size, labeled with its key-frame number and timestamp.
- Click the large slide to enlarge it. Press Escape to close.
- Click Play to switch to the video at that moment, and Show slide to switch back.
- Use Search slides… to find a slide by its title, its notes, or what was said while it was on screen.
Key points
The Key points panel shows the selected slide's key message, up to three bullet points, and a Transcript section with what was said on that slide.
Transcript
The Transcript tab lists the whole recording with timestamps and any speaker labels. Click a line to play from that point. Search finds words or speakers.
Summary
The Summary tab shows the session overview, Key Takeaways, and a To Do list of action items, with an owner and a timestamp when the recording names them.
Report
The report is written automatically after the notes. It starts with an executive summary, then walks through the recording in sections, with slides as figures; click a figure to play that moment. While it is being written the tab says "Writing your report…". If it fails, click Retry.
Audio sessions
Audio sessions have Summary and Transcript tabs, an audio player, and the summary image, which you can click to enlarge.
Removing slides
Remove slides you do not need, and every later export leaves them out:
- Select slides, or Cmd/Ctrl-click them, then choose Delete.
- Right-click a slide to delete just that one.
- Use Reduce to keep an evenly spaced share of the slides, down to 10%.
Deleting slides cannot be undone.
What you cannot edit
The transcript, key messages, summary, and report text cannot be edited, and sessions cannot be renamed. To change wording, export to Word and edit the document.
