The limits apply to audio and video alike. Annual plans still reset minutes and recordings every month.

How minutes are counted

A recording uses its length in minutes, rounded up to the next whole minute.
Minutes are reserved when processing starts and settled to the processed length when it finishes. A job that has started is never stopped for running out of minutes.
Minutes for failed or cancelled jobs are returned.
Plan minutes are used first, then add-on minutes.

First 24 hours on Pro

For the first 24 hours after a first monthly Pro payment, an account can run one job at a time and use up to 300 processing minutes. Annual plans are not affected.
