What counts toward storage

Your storage use is the total size of the files in your sessions: the original recordings plus the slide images and other files LensNote creates. The sidebar shows your usage. Deleted sessions stop counting right away.

Pro can add storage with the +100 GB add-on.

How long original files are kept

• Free plan — original video and audio files are removed 14 days after upload. Notes, slide images, transcripts, and summaries are kept.
• Free trial and Pro — original files are kept while you are on these plans.

If you move from a paid plan or the trial to the free plan, originals older than 14 days are removed shortly after.

Deleting

• Deleting a session removes it from your library and your storage total. It cannot be undone.
• Deleting your account removes your account and sessions. See Account, Sign-in & Security.

How your data is used

Your recordings and notes are not used to train AI models. For details on how data is processed and stored, read our Privacy Policy.
